The helmet Touring 3 has the shell of tri DCA (Dyneema, carbon and aramid fibers) guarantees lightness and safety.
Technical detail: The inner shell is in eps and is printed with different densities, for best absorption of the force generated by an impact.
Despite being a jet helmet, it has a superior ventilation system that operates through two aerators is adjustable on the top of the cap to allow the entry of fresh air, and a rear extractor to ensure warm air to escape and moist.
Always in the back of the cap it has been positioned a wing stabilizer to cancel the turbulence and the resulting oscillation of the head at high speeds.
The visor mechanism is adjustable, easy to use and does not require the use of tools for the replacement of the visor.

The Premier range consists mainly of products made of composite fibers.
The Premier technicians are aware of the fact that the only use of fine materials is not sufficient to obtain a good cap; for this continual testing and more research they have generated unique and innovative fabrics that Premier uses for the molding of their caps. The tip of the diamond formed in these tissues is the "TVC", a mix of Titanium, and Carbon Vectran which guarantees a high standard of safety and an exceptional lightness.
SHELL INTERNAL
The inner shell is an essential element in ensuring the safety of the helmet. This is molded in expanded polystyrene and can be produced in different densities. The inner shells produced from Premier can also be single density or double density. The inner shell design is studied by the R & D department to ensure great comfort to the user while maintaining a high level of energy absorption resulted from any impacts.
VENTILATION SYSTEM
The Premier helmets are equipped with air intakes and extractors to guarantee an ideal temperature inside the helmet. The air, once entered, is spread all over the helmet thanks to the ducts present in the inner shells.
PADDING The use of tissues and extremely technical and cutting-edge tires has always marked the production of the premier helmets padding. The fabrics used are carefully selected so that they can ensure a high moisture absorption, withstand many cycles of use, and maintain the initial fit comfort over time. The Premier fabrics are treated with a special anti-bacterial and hypoallergenic.

Trophy reflects the style and shape of the helmets of the 70, but it is in compliance with modern safety standards.
Has the outer shell molded in a multi-axial structure called DCA and composed of carbon, dyneema and aramid fibers, blended with the epoxy resin.
A mix of light and resistant fibers that help to make strong but comfortable Trophy.
The inner shell is in eps and is printed with different densities, for best absorption of the force generated by an impact.
Visor also, despite being identical to those used by the champions of the past, is approved and equipped with anti-scratch treatment which guarantees optimum visibility.
It is fixed to the cap by the mechanism that regulates the movement and by two knurled buttons in the lower part.
Also the internal padding is in perfect harmony with the helmet style and consist of antiallergic fabrics with Sanitized treatment with synthetic leather trim.
The padding of the cheeks, which are also finished in leather, are removable, while the comfortable strap has a double ring closure.
Like all Premier helmets also Trophy is approved according to the ECE 22-05.
