1. Impact: Guarantees the use of CE certified protections inside the clothing. These protections increase the shock absorption on the most exposed areas. The protections are mandatory for elbows and shoulders on a vest; pants are mandatory on the knees and hips. The back protector is not mandatory, as are the protections on the phalanges for gloves.
2. Abrasion: Simulates the impact on the road caused by the crash of a motorcyclist. CE certified materials are significantly more resistant to abrasion. Ixon has selected and uses only a material capable of combining strength and maximum comfort: the Noxiguard. It is a 600D polyester whose Higt-Density texture and exclusive coating ensure excellent resistance.
3. Laceration: the fibers and their density confer a unique structure to the fabric and allow a higher resistance to laceration than traditional fabrics.
4. Cutting: simulates the penetration of a sharp object during a fall. CE certified materials reduce the risk of perforation.
5. Seams: the seams are tested for traction and improve the overall resistance of the clothing.
6. Preservation of ergonomics: controls the ease of movement during use and the correct positioning of the protections inside the garment.
