OUTER SHELL
The Premier range consists mainly of products made of composite fibers.
The Premier technicians are aware of the fact that the only use of fine materials is not sufficient to obtain a good cap; for this continual testing and more research they have generated unique and innovative fabrics that Premier uses for the molding of their caps. The tip of the diamond formed in these tissues is the "TVC", a mix of Titanium, and Carbon Vectran which guarantees a high standard of safety and an exceptional lightness.
SHELL INTERNAL
The inner shell is an essential element in ensuring the safety of the helmet. This is molded in expanded polystyrene and can be produced in different densities. The inner shells produced from Premier can also be single density or double density. The inner shell design is studied by the R & D department to ensure great comfort to the user while maintaining a high level of energy absorption resulted from any impacts.
VENTILATION SYSTEM
The Premier helmets are equipped with air intakes and extractors to guarantee an ideal temperature inside the helmet. The air, once entered, is spread all over the helmet thanks to the ducts present in the inner shells.
PADDING The use of tissues and extremely technical and cutting-edge tires has always marked the production of the premier helmets padding. The fabrics used are carefully selected so that they can ensure a high moisture absorption, withstand many cycles of use, and maintain the initial fit comfort over time. The Premier fabrics are treated with a special anti-bacterial and hypoallergenic.
VISOR
Premier visors are injection molded Lexan, high quality material that offers high protection against UV rays. Our visors are manufactured with a special anti-scratch treatment that makes them more resistant to scratches; inolte, many of the helmets come standard with Pinlock anti-fog system.
STRAP
The retention system is a key element for security. The strap has an important task, if dropped, to guarantee that the helmet remains properly positioned on the head. Severe and constant sealing and duration tests are performed on tapes, brackets and fasteners to get more and more quality and safety.
