Modular helmet Caberg Modus
The new system helmets Modus, born from the great experience of Caberg, the first Italian company to produce a flip up helmet, in designing flip helmets with revolutionary functional characteristics. Modus is equipped with an innovative system of opening the chin guard which, thanks to a roto-translational movement, allows, in opening position have the chin guard much closer to the cap than conventional openable helmets, thus reducing the sail effect and the risk accidental closing of the chin guard. Thanks to this system of opening the chin guard, Modus is equipped with dual P / J approval (approved either as a jet or as full-face helmet) that allows the rider to travel in complete safety and with chin guard closed but also with chin guard open. The Modus, as for Caberg tradition, has a built-in sun visor cap easy to maneuver that allows always to ride with the perfect light and with maximum security. The internal sun visor is scratch-resistant and UV-400, while the clear as well as being resistant to scratching is equipped with Pin Lock double lens that ensures the absence of fogging even under difficult conditions of temperature. Ventilation is guaranteed by two large air intakes at the top and chin guard are provided for optimum internal ventilation. To favor the hot and stale air, in the rear part there are two air extractors. The interior is completely removable and washable, is made of breathable materials and the fabrics are subjected to anti-bacterial and anti odor. The internal pillows are made with 3D technique to wrap in the best way the face of the motorcyclist. The inner comfort padding facilitates eyeglass. The reflective inserts, positioned on the roll neck further promote the visibility of the motorcyclist at night, thus increasing the active safety. Modus is designed for the Caberg Just Speak wireless communication system that allows you to communicate not only with your phone and with your passenger, but also to connect to a satellite navigation system and listening to music through an MP3 player.
